If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the device in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
